CCR FUN DIVING IN KOH TAO
Koh Tao offers the perfect setting for CCR fun diving, with stunning caverns and iconic wrecks like the HTMS Sattakutand HTMS Suphairin 313. The island is an ideal location to gain hours on your CCR unit, with diverse dive sites that are perfect for refining your skills.
While Koh Tao provides excellent training grounds for CCR diving, we also prepare divers for more demanding dives, including trips to Thailand’s remote mines in Kanchanaburi or caves in Song Hong. Whether you're here to log dives or train for advanced explorations, Koh Tao offers the best environment to build your diving expertise.

Prerequisites
- Must be CCR certified and have completed dives recently * Must have your own dive insurance * Must provide a valid medical certificate (within the last year)
Health
- Completing a medical questionnaire is mandatory for all diving courses to ensure your fitness for advanced diving activities. You are required to consult a physician and obtain medical clearance before participating.

Insurance
- The course includes basic accident insurance provided by Koh Tao Divers, covering accidents during our dive trips (valid for 30 days). However, it's important to note that this insurance does not cover everything - evacuation costs are not included, and the coverage is limited compared to broader plans like those offered by Dive Assure.
- 🛡️ We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive dive insurance before the course starts.
- Are recommended for deep dives (up to 40 meters), with a maximum of 1 hour per dive.
- Longer morning dives can be arranged upon request.
- Are recommended for dives longer than 1 hour, with a maximum depth of 20 meters.

Included Insurance for Koh Tao Divers Customers
Your included basic insurance provides
Accident Coverage
- Up to 1,000,000 THB for loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight, or permanent disability.
Medical Expenses
- Coverage of up to 500,000 THB per person for each accident, including hyperbaric chamber treatments for diving accidents.
Exclusions
- Evacuation costs are not included.
Reimbursement Process
- Patients must pay treatment costs upfront, and the insurance company will reimburse within 2-3 weeks.
