This globally-recognized certification program is the best way to begin your life-long adventure as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. 

Upon completion of the course you will be certified to dive to a depth of 18m (60ft) with a dive buddy of equal or higher certification.

The Open Water Diver course takes about three days, and after you can gain more experience on fun dives or continue your education on our wide range of specialty courses.
The certification is valid for the rest of your life, meaning that you can dive with anywhere in the world!

Our courses have a maximum of four students per instructor, and when conditions allow, you will do your practice on our home reef, Sairee, in front of our shop! This way you can check out the multicoloured reef fish when taking your first breaths underwater.

  • Able to swim 200m
  • If you clear the medical questionnaire with only “NO” answers, you can sign up. Please consult your physician if you get any “YES” answers before diving
